An owner of three McDonald franchises is fined $340,000 by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for not stopping sexual harassment of it’s female employees within the company. Female employees were sexually harassed by the general manager and another employee and the management of McDonald’s knew it and did not stop it. The company has to hire an management employee that will train all employees in sexual harassment and promote civility among the employees. There is even a fund for workers that were harassed and have not came forward as yet.
